Job Description Basic Purpose

The Oklahoma Lottery is looking to add a member to our fun and creative marketing team! The ideal candidate will be a detail-obsessed project manager who thrives on structure, deadlines, and multi-tasking, while also bringing a proven track record in social media strategy, execution, and performance analysis. This role will be central to driving our campaigns forward across all channels and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

You'll work on a wide range of marketing functions including brand communications, advertising, digital content, promotions, retailer assets, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Ownership : Oversee the Oklahoma Lottery's social media presence across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Develop and execute strategic campaign plans, manage content calendars, place and optimize paid ads, and report on performance. Work closely with the content creator to align visuals and messaging with marketing objectives. Responsible for setting direction, targeting, ad budgets, scheduling, and performance analysis - not for hands-on content production. Project Organization & Coordination :Keep team projects on track with timelines, documentation, status updates, and follow-ups. Maintain marketing calendars, asset tracking, and deadlines across all initiatives. Collaborate across departments, including sales and product teams, to align marketing initiatives with broader organizational goals. Promotions & Campaign Execution : Support and execute campaigns across email, digital, mobile app, in-market, and event channels. Coordinate logistics, vendors, copywriting, and delivery for each promotion. Creative Strategy : Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and present promotional concepts that support brand goals. Translate approved ideas into tactical executions. Asset Management : Oversee development of creative materials (POS, signage, swag, etc.) and manage distribution timelines and vendor communication. Includes day-to-day management of digital signage. Content Creation & Copywriting : Write and proof copy for social media, website, email, and more. Ensure voice consistency and creative clarity. Performance Analysis : Track and report campaign performance using metrics and insights from tools like Sprout Social, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. Optimize future campaigns based on results. Website & App Coordination : Ensure promotional deliverables are updated and tracked accurately across the Oklahoma Lottery website and mobile app. Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, public relations, or related field 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts and running paid campaigns Strong organizational and time-management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including attention to grammar, tone, and voice Proficient in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of social platforms, ad managers, and analytics tools Self-starter with strong follow-through and a sense of ownership Must be detail-oriented and data-driven Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Sprout Social or similar tools Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite Experience working with a CRM platform Additional Information:

This is a full-time, in-office position based at the Oklahoma Lottery headquarters in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Occasional travel may be required All Oklahoma Lottery employees must avoid conflicts of interest and undergo a background investigation and credit analysis
