Location: Portland, OR Area
Join a materials supplier as an Operations Manager overseeing ready-mix plant performance, safety, and production. You'll lead teams across multiple sites and drive operational improvements.
Responsibilities:
Oversee plant performance, KPIs, and production metrics
Lead team hiring, safety, and operational training
Collaborate with logistics and sales teams
Qualifications:
5+ years in plant or operations management (ready-mix )
Knowledge of production KPIs and concrete mix processes
Leadership and safety training experience
