Description

We are seeking a highly organized, data-driven, and tech-savvy HR Generalist - Data & Systems Focus to join our lean and fast-paced HR team. This hybrid role supports both the operational core of HR and the strategic enablement of workforce data, reporting, and systems. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in HR operations, a passion for data accuracy, and a mindset for improving processes and technology.

This role will directly contribute to improving HR data integrity, building out meaningful workforce insights (e.g., turnover, benefits, engagement), and helping optimize the systems and workflows that support our team members across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Data & Systems

Maintain and audit employee data across HRIS and related systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance Partner with HR leadership to develop, build, and distribute reports and dashboards (e.g., turnover, headcount, benefit participation, engagement indicators) Assist with system upgrades, configuration, and implementation tasks (HRIS, LMS, benefits platforms) Drive clean data practices and process documentation across HR touchpoints Operational Support

Manage the shared HR inbox and triage/respond to inquiries or escalate as appropriate Support benefits team with administrative needs during key periods (e.g., Open Enrollment), including file maintenance, eligibility audits, and communications Contribute to internal guides, SOPs, and HR documentation to support consistency and self-service Process Improvement & Collaboration Identify opportunities to streamline and improve existing HR workflows and systems usage Support key HR initiatives (e.g., LMS adoption, reporting enhancement, benefits transition) with project tracking, execution, and follow-through Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and external vendors as needed Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field - or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or generalist roles with a strong systems/data component Proficiency with Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning); experience with reporting tools or dashboard platforms is a plus Experience with HRIS systems Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Experience supporting or administering employee benefits Familiarity with LMS platforms and/or systems implementation projects Exposure to shared inboxes, ticketing tools, or employee support channels Knowledge of employment laws and compliance best practices

Salary Description

70-80k
