The Warehouse Team Lead will demonstrate leadership skills, help guide and train in the respective department follow safety guidelines and SOPs and have strong interpersonal skills.
This will be an interview required role with potential of direct hire and a pay increase.
Bilingual - English and Spanish preferred
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Have Leadership Skills in a warehouse setting Adhere to plant and corporate safety policies. Be knowledgeable in warehouse processes and WMS systems Assist in other areas or perform other duties as required by fluctuating business needs. Assures shipping counts match packing documents and assists in resolving any discrepancies. Follows processes, work instructions, SOP's and other written and/or verbal instructions. Identify and help resolve discrepancies in the departments. Must be comfortable with conflict resolution Detailed orientated and able to collaborate with upper management. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains a neat and orderly work area. May help expedite orders. May load/unload trucks manually or with powered lift / forklift. May operate precision measuring instruments and record results. May process shipping orders by withdrawing from stock, weighing, packing and labeling materials for shipment. Pay Details:
$17.50 to $21.00 per hour
