Salary:
$30-35 an hour
Shift:
Day Shift 6 am - 6 pm rotating 2-2-3 schedule

Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production, packaging, processing equipment, and utility systems. • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. • Ensure machinery and equipment are operating efficiently to minimize downtime. • Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs. • Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential equipment issues. • Collaborate with the production team to improve equipment performance. • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. • Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs. • Provide technical support and training to other maintenance personnel.
Education Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Technical or vocational training in maintenance-related fields is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints. • Experience with refrigeration, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in an industrial setting. • Willingness to work night shifts and overtime as needed.
