HiFyve is hiring an Aseptic Maintenance Specialist in the Food & Beverage industry in St. Paul, MN! Salary: $30+/hour Shift:
Mon-Fri 7:30am 4pm Job Duties and Responsibilities: Troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical systems on aseptic processing and packaging equipment. Perform repairs, updates, and installation of equipment. Collaborate with production to minimize downtime while maintaining product quality. Monitor efficiencies of aseptic area packing and processing equipment. Ensure proper preventive maintenance programs are in place and followed. Initiate corrective actions and implement solutions for productivity issues. Assist maintenance mechanics with preventive and breakdown maintenance of filling lines and processing equipment. Provide individualized training to maintenance and operations staff. Maintain safe working conditions and compliance with state and federal health and safety regulations. Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, quality, and sanitation standards. Education & Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Tetra Pak filling and packaging experience required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to read, understand, and adhere to documents and procedures (GLP, SOP, SDS, GMP, HACCP). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. Basic math skills (whole numbers, fractions, decimals). Basic computer skills with ability to input and retrieve data. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to perform complex maintenance and repairs independently. Problem-solving skills with ability to adapt to change. Team-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to diagnose and implement solutions to technical problems. Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
