Position Summary:

We are seeking a

Customer Service Representative

to join our team in

Azusa, CA . This position is responsible for delivering outstanding service to customers through multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, empathetic, and committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or face-to-face. Resolve customer concerns efficiently, offering solutions within established timeframes. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and customer-focused demeanor at all times. Process customer orders, forms, applications, and service requests accurately. Document all customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints thoroughly. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied. Stay informed about product updates, company policies, and service procedures. Meet individual and team performance goals related to service quality and response time. Provide general administrative support as needed to the customer service team. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Active listening and effective problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently. Comfortable using customer service software, databases, and CRM tools. Team-oriented with a can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
