Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients. The successful candidate will handle a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, resolve inquiries and complaints, and offer accurate information about products and services. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Handle incoming customer calls professionally and promptly Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat Resolve inquiries related to account activity, tag fulfillment, and violations Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues Take ownership of customer problems and follow through to resolution Maintain PCI compliance when processing payments Reconcile payments and prepare end-of-day reports Update customer records and document interactions accurately Stay informed on product updates and industry trends Meet daily performance targets for quality and productivity Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Clear verbal communication and effective listening Strong written and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities Analytical thinking and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications Typing speed of at least 30 WPM and 10-key proficiency Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to change Tactful and empathetic approach to customer interactions Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data Experience in de-escalating and resolving complex calls Requirements High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution Minimum of two consecutive years in a call-center environment Previous customer service experience preferred Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly Availability to work 40 hours per week, including any 8-hour shift between Monday and Saturday, 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM
