We are a growing Global Leader in the Industrial Automation space dedicated to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions to OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. With multiple operating units and a strong reputation in the industry, we’re seeking a talented and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to lead our branding and promotional efforts across all business entities.
Job Summary:
As Marketing Coordinator, you will oversee and execute marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence, manage all social media channels, ensure consistency across marketing collateral, and lead copywriting and content creation. You will be instrumental in creating a cohesive and professional image for our company and its affiliates—both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Lead the planning, publishing, and engagement for platforms including LinkedIn. Develop strategies to showcase capabilities, employee culture, and manufacturing excellence.
Brand Management: Maintain a consistent look, feel, and tone across all marketing efforts and business units. Update and enforce brand guidelines for internal and external use.
Copywriting Leadership: Manage and review content for websites, brochures, internal newsletters, sales collateral, and email campaigns. Collaborate with technical staff to translate complex concepts into compelling marketing content.
Marketing Materials Oversight: Design and coordinate the production of marketing materials—digital and print. Support events such as trade shows, open houses, and plant tours with visual and written content.
Cross-Company Alignment: Ensure cohesive branding across all affiliated companies. Partner with leadership, HR, and sales to deliver aligned messaging across all channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing.
Background in automotive, industrial, or manufacturing sectors preferred.
Proven ability to manage brand standards across multiple divisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organization and project management skills.
Working knowledge of graphic design and editing tools.
Experience with trade shows and B2B marketing strategies.
