Job OverviewThe Nurse Manager (RN) TCU is responsible for continuity of nursing care by delegating, advising and supervising nursing care delivered on our transitional care unit in Edina, MN. This position is full time, Monday through Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm) Day shift schedule, 80 hours per two weeks Weekends as neededAurora on France is a new, innovative senior living community attached to Fairview Southdale Hospital in the heart of Edina, MN. Located conveniently near Hwy. 62 and France Ave. and is on a bus line. Aurora has 136 units offering a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care.
