What is Required (Qualifications): - Bilingual with intermediate proficiency in English - Strong accounting skills with experience in payroll administration - Knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes for Mexico - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team - Compliance with local employment law and internal auditing requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in benefits administration and compensation management - Familiarity with statutory reporting and vendor management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Previous experience in a similar role within a supply chain or logistics company - Demonstrated emotional intelligence and adaptability in the workplace
