Tournament and Venue Operations Location:
Miami Description Reporting to the Senior Manager, Central Logistics, and Manager, Logistics Contract Management, the Deputy Manager, Logistics Reporting Specialist will be a key member of the FIFA26 Logistics team. The role involves collaboration with FIFA Zurich and other stakeholders to deliver Central Logistics operations across Canada, Mexico, and the USA. This position supports logistical planning and execution throughout the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 & FIFA World Cup 2026, coordinating activities across the supply chain including customs, warehousing, distribution, materials, and venues. Key Responsibilities
Assist in collecting logistics data across all workstreams. Analyze logistics performance data to identify trends and optimize operations. Track logistics metrics like delivery times, service levels, and inventory; address discrepancies. Create detailed performance reports and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring. Provide updates to senior management and support continuous improvement initiatives. Support planning, implementation, and operational processes for seamless supply chain management. Generate reports on logistics progress, budgets, and performance indicators. Implement technological solutions and develop training materials for logistics teams. Monitor logistics operations during key events, documenting best practices. Participate in outreach programs and support on-ground logistics operations if necessary. This role demands attention to detail, customer focus, and the ability to work under tight timelines in a multicultural environment. Your Profile
Education & Qualifications:
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analysis, or related fields. Work Experience:
1-2 years, with experience in events or supply chain preferred. Strong analytical skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work independently are essential. Languages:
Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus. Technology Skills:
Proficient in MS Office, planning software, online collaboration tools, and familiar with Microsoft PowerBi. Additional Details
