Responsible for maintaining all Barri & DolEx branches in optimal conditions. Main responsibilities include general maintenance and repairs, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, general carpentry, for all stores.

KEY REQUIREMENTS: Minimum experience and requirements: 1-5-year experience as a Handy-man, Field Service Technician or Onsite Tech Support Technician Valid Driver's License (review driving record history) Knowledge and use of hand tools, power tools and basic machinery. Basic Networking, Cabling Management, Racking systems, Telephony Services, Surveillance Systems, repairs. Handyperson Skills for basic branch repairs such as Sheetrock, Basic Electricity, plumbing, painting, and others Able to effectively communicate in Spanish and English to communicate with vendors and service providers. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Service oriented. Highly logical. Highly self-motivated and directed. Take attention to detail. Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to work full time. KEY COMPETENCIES: You will be responsible for driving the results and development of the organization. To be successful in this role, you must have at least the following key competencies:

Field Service Tech (75% Maintenance and 25% Tech Support) Responsible for maintaining all Barri & DolEx branches in optimal conditions. Main responsibilities include general maintenance and repairs, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, general carpentry, for all stores. Coordinate and supervise new construction and remodeling. Perform Scheduled Grounds maintenance for the proper operation maintenance of infrastructure, services, facilities, and systems. Basic maintenance/knowledge of computers. Installation and configuration of infrastructure, surveillance, and security equipment for proper store operations. Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. Produce timely and detailed service reports. Operate vehicles in a safe manner and use field automation systems. Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols. Coordinate the projects already established by the Field Services Manager from start to finish to maximize productivity and meet business needs. Support After hour Emergencies as needed but not limited to Vandalism, Attempted Break-ins, or natural Disasters. Ability to handle physical workload. Complete work and repair service orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs or installations. Experience in maintenance (basic paint repairs, plumbing, electrical, cabinets, installation, and replacement of sheet metal). Work Demands.

Fast paced environment with tight deadlines. Travel is required. Overtime hours may be required to meet project deadlines. Coordinate and supervise new construction and remodeling. Assist in negotiation with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure infrastructure-specific products and services. Assist with the preparation of RFPs, bid proposals, contracts, scope of work reports, and other documentation for infrastructure projects and associated efforts. Test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports. Practice IT asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation. Perform Scheduled preventive IT and Grounds maintenance for the proper operation maintenance of infrastructure, services, facilities, and systems. Installation and configuration of infrastructure, surveillance, and security equipment for proper store operations. Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. Produce timely and detailed service reports. Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols. Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings. Build positive relationships with customers. Coordinate the projects already established by the Field Services Manager from start to finish to maximize productivity and meet business needs. Support After hour Emergencies as needed but not limited to Vandalism, Attempted Break-ins, or natural Disasters. Complete work and repair service orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs or installations. After hour Availability for Emergencies or schedule repairs Physical Demands.
