What you'll do Lead and manage complex interior design projects from concept to completion Mentor and develop design talent across the team Build and nurture client relationships, driving business development Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality assurance Champion sustainable design aligned with CPL's ClimateSMART initiatives What you bring
20+ years of experience in interior design, including 5+ years in project leadership NCIDQ certification and a Master's degree preferred Deep expertise in design trends and community engagement Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills A collaborative spirit and a passion for exceeding client expectations What you'll be a part of

The rate for this position generally ranges between $119k - 178,757k annually.
