What you’ll do Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including leading a team and coordinating with internal/external design team members, specialty consultants, clients, construction managers, contractors, and governing agencies. Work to build and enhance client relationships, continually driving a successful pipeline of business in support of the Principal and wider business. Serve as the daily contact for key internal and external project personnel, ensuring the resolution of project-related issues Engage and foster the growth of CPL team members. Provide encouragement and regular feedback, and serve as a mentor/example for all levels of the team.
What you bring At least 8+ years of architectural experience, with a track record of developing proactive designs for Healthcare projects of all sizes. Deep expertise in your design specialty with proven delivery of projects from small to large scale. Demonstrated experience leading and collaborating productively with a multidisciplinary team. members, consultant groups, and stakeholders on a variety of concurrent projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, the Microsoft Office Suite, the Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.

The rate for this position generally ranges between $108,000- 162,000 annually.
