Compensation:
The expected base rate is $28.50 or more per hour during training (6-8 weeks), transitioning to paid component pay that includes base salary plus mileage, case deliveries, and stop payments. Hourly pay, component pay, and various incentives make our compensation package attractive. Benefits:

Work a 4-day week, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday with dispatching between 3:00 am - 6:00 am. Complete your deliveries for the day before finishing your shift. (Hours may adjust based on business needs.) Main Responsibilities: Safely drive to various customer locations, sticking to timely delivery schedules. Carefully unload products using equipment like two-wheelers and pallet jacks or manually place items in customer storage areas. Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain necessary signatures. Handle customer payments and collections as needed. Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the client experience. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of all equipment. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing from 20 to 80+ lbs. repeatedly during each shift. Comfortable driving in varying weather conditions with multiple stops (10+ per shift). Requirements: Must be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse. At least 21 years of age. Valid CDL Class A license with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications. Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience or three months in the food/beverage sector. Preference for candidates able to operate manual transmissions. Proficient in reading and communicating in English. Why Choose US Foods?
