Pay Structure:
The starting base pay for this role is $28.50 per hour during your training period (6-8 weeks), transitioning to a competitive component pay structure that includes base pay plus mileage, cases, and stops. This pay structure includes both hourly rates and additional incentives. Benefits:

Your schedule will consist of Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, operating on a 4-day workweek. Dispatching occurs between 3:00 am - 6:00 am, and you will work until all cases are delivered. *Note: Hours may vary based on business needs. About US Foods:
As one of the largest food distributors, we pride ourselves on promoting from within and providing excellent training programs alongside a focus on continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities: Safely drive to customer locations and ensure timely deliveries. Unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, placing items in designated storage areas. Verify delivery accuracy with customers and secure necessary signatures. Handle customer payments and collections when applicable. Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance overall client experience. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment. Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly during each shift. Comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift). Qualifications: Must be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse. At least 21 years of age. Valid CDL Class A license with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications. Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience (any industry) or three months in the food/beverage delivery industry. Ability to operate a manual transmission is preferred, and may be required in specific locations. Proficient in communication and comprehension in English.
