Year 2 - $19.00 | Year 3 - $19.50 | Year 4 - $19.50 | Year 5 - $20.50 Duties and Responsibilities: As a cashier or stock associate, you'll: Collaborate with team members and communicate important information to your leader. Maintain the security and confidentiality of documents and data. Participate actively in store-related tasks and other assigned duties. Cashier Responsibilities: Your role as a cashier includes: Processing customer purchases accurately while maintaining an organized checkout area. Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Offering feedback to management about products, inventory, scanning errors, and general issues. Participating in inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy. Adhering to cash handling policies to minimize losses. Stock Associate Responsibilities: As a stock associate, you will: Stock shelves and rotate products to guarantee freshness. Follow merchandising guidelines to create appealing displays. Organize incoming inventory and manage empty boxes effectively. Safely operate machinery and follow safety procedures at all times. Physical Demands: This position requires the ability to: Regularly sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift (up to 45 pounds), carry, and walk throughout the store. Qualifications: To be successful in this position, you should possess: Must be at least 18 years of age. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Capability to perform cleaning duties following company standards. Ability to follow company policies and procedures. Strong verbal communication skills and team collaboration abilities. Effective time management and organizational skills. Cashier: Proficient in operating registers and handling transactions. Stock Associate: Morning availability for shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m. Education and Experience: The ideal candidate will have: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
