Planate Management Group is seeking an
Accounts Payable Account Manager
to oversee and manage accounts payable functions, vendor relationships, and ensure timely payments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounts payable and be proficient in Deltek software. This position is contingent upon the award of the project. Primary Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Maintain and nurture vendor relationships, resolving payment discrepancies Ensure the timely processing of invoices and expense reports Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end closing Utilize Deltek software to manage accounts payable workflows and reporting Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations Lead and mentor AP team members as necessary Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 10+ years of experience in accounts payable or accounting Proficiency in Deltek software is required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and vendor management abilities Why Planate?
