Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist specializing in breast imaging with certification in mammography (RTR-M) and at least 1 year of experience.
Responsibilities Work in a robust breast imaging department with 4 mammography rooms and a mobile vanCaseload averages 15-20 exams per technologist per dayPerform screening, diagnostic, stereotactic biopsy, and bone density (DXA) examsDay shift from 08:00 to 16:30Must maintain a professional image and deliver excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staffResponsible for accurate documentation and data management following MQSA standardsExpected to ensure image quality and accurate transfer to PACS for radiologist interpretationAfter orientation, must independently perform all types of mammography exams according to department protocols
