Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with at least 2 years of experience and ARRT (M) certification for breast health services.
Responsibilities Position is based in a breast health services clinic settingWork primarily consists of mammography screenings and diagnostic breast procedures, including biopsiesShift is typically Monday through Friday with an expected 10:30 AM start and rotating Saturdays (up to 2 per month)Weekly schedule is 40 hours with 8-hour day shiftsPotential to float to a primary care clinic located approximately 9 miles awayNo on-call requiredUses EPIC EMR, Change Healthcare PACS, and digital/tomographic mammography equipment; Hologic Selenia Dimensions experience preferredDuties include producing high-quality diagnostic studies, accurate patient data entry, and delivering compassionate patient careMust be adaptable to the specific needs of each age group during radiology examsOccasional weekend coverage will be rotated among mammography technologistsScrubs of any color may be wornFirst-time travelers will not be considered for this position
