Candidates must currently reside in Texas, in or north of the Austin metro. Manage travel strategically, prioritizing high-value opportunities while maximizing customer-facing time.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or clinical/medical field, or equivalent experience.3+ years of sales experience with complex portfolios (capital equipment and software) in healthcare or related industries, with long sales cycles required. Prior experience in military or medical roles (e.g., Medic, Nurse, EMS, Technician, Educator) strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to engage decision-makers, tailor solutions to diverse priorities, and guide customers through the buying process.Strong capability in identifying unrecognized needs, creating urgency for change, and positioning solutions to address critical challenges.Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM (Salesforce), and business intelligence tools required; experience with AI and social media research tools is a plus.Mission-driven, with a passion for improving safety and health.Proactive hunter and self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, high learning agility, and resilience under pressure.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with impeccable integrity and professionalism.Ability to travel 60-80% within the territory; must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift up to 80 pounds for demonstrations and event setup.
