We will stay focused on brand loyalty while increasing customer engagement. Position is remote but you must be able to work 8:00am - 5:00pm PST. Primary Duties:eStore Activities include Product Attribution and Cross sell Development, Customer Portal Onboarding and Assist. Facilitate orders and follow up.Work with Partnered Suppliers eCommerce Sites - Facilitate Order and Follow up.Website - Lead Nurturing - Facilitate Quotes - Create MFCP Internal Leads and follow-up with potential customersChat - Onboarding, Scheduling and Infrastructure DevelopmentMaps - Maintenance to insure Brand Consistency and Correct informationCustomer Feedback - Monitor and Facilitate responses for positive and negative reviewsOverflow assistance for PDX Inside Sales and continuance of Strategic Pricing ProjectsTrack and Coordinate Web Leads and Online ChatTransactional Email Campaigns AssistanceAbility to Travel to Branch Locations on occasionProvide superior customer service and support company goalsBasic Requirements:Excellent written & oral communication and strong relationship building skills required.Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.Strong computer skills including use of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), with a willingness to learn new software programs.
