The Digital Sales Specialist will understand the customer journey and help create digital channels to enhance customer interaction and purchasing. The role focuses on brand loyalty and customer engagement. This position is remote, with working hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm PST. Primary Duties

Manage eStore activities including product attribution, cross-selling, onboarding, and order facilitation. Coordinate with partnered suppliers' eCommerce sites for order processing and follow-up. Lead nurturing via the website, facilitate quotes, and generate internal leads for follow-up. Oversee chat onboarding, scheduling, and infrastructure development. Maintain maps for brand consistency and accurate information. Monitor customer feedback and facilitate responses to reviews. Assist with overflow tasks for PDX Inside Sales and strategic pricing projects. Track and coordinate web leads and online chat inquiries. Support transactional email campaigns. Occasional travel to branch locations may be required. Provide excellent customer service aligned with company goals. Basic Requirements

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and multitask. Proficient in MS Office; experience with Epicor Prophet 21 is a plus. Ability to meet deadlines. Physical Demands and Work Environment

Primarily office environment with frequent sitting, computer work, and phone use. Occasional walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
