Position Summary
The Digital Sales Specialist understands the customer journey and helps create digital channels for interaction and purchase, focusing on brand loyalty and customer engagement. The position is remote, with working hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm PST.
Primary Duties
Manage eStore activities: product attribution, cross-selling, onboarding, order facilitation, and follow-up.
Coordinate with partnered suppliers' eCommerce sites for orders and follow-up.
Lead nurturing, facilitate quotes, create internal leads, and follow up with potential customers.
Manage chat onboarding, scheduling, and infrastructure development.
Maintain maps for brand consistency and accurate information.
Monitor and facilitate responses to customer reviews.
Assist with overflow for inside sales and pricing projects.
Track and coordinate web leads and online chat interactions.
Support transactional email campaigns.
Occasional travel to branch locations.
Provide excellent customer service supporting company goals.
Basic Requirements
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with Epicor Prophet 21 is a plus.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Work is primarily in an office environment.
Frequent sitting, computer work, and phone use; occasional walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds.

$20-$25/hour, depending on skills and experience.
