The Team Lead, Sales Manager will support the company's sales and profitability goals by actively managing all selling and sales support activities associated with an assigned customer base. The primary goal is to provide best-in-class service by understanding, researching, and facilitating all sales-related activities for our client's valued customer base. This position will play a substantial role in executing their sales plan by participating in all aspects of customer meetings, sales planning, sales reporting, market reviews, and assisting in customer order tracking and follow-through.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and update detailed yearly sales plans Identify and document market sales trends and opportunities for both existing and potential customers Manage all preparation and lead all customer meetings Manage customer deliverables, using a Time and Action calendar, to ensure on-time execution based upon customer expectations Track and assist in the delivery of sample shipments Report and provide constructive feedback to assigned customers on product and vendor performance. Partner with the Management team to align cross-functional objectives and best practices Develop and maintain cross-divisional relationships across multiple levels of management Requirements

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree 3+ years of retail or manufacturing sales experience, account management, or business analytics experience Attention to detail, ability to manage high volumes of data Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines, flexible under changing priorities Effective professional communication skills both verbal and written Proficient across Microsoft Office Programs You have a positive energy and "can-do" attitude You enjoy working with people & they enjoy working with you. You're empathetic in your approach to people and problems Preferred Skills:

Walmart experience Strong business acumen, project management, leadership, analytical and strategic skills Expert Excel and analytical skills Ability to communicate, interact, and present to diverse cross-functional audiences Willing and able to learn/adapt quickly to new information, processes, and inputs Ability to handle multiple deadlines Result-focused, highly driven to improve performance & excellence Work Model & Travel:

This job is located in Bentonville, Arkansas, and is an on-site position (5 days a week). Travel is required, may be up to 20%
