Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a part-time

Restaurant Sales & Social Media Influencer . This is a unique role that combines outside sales with digital content creation and social media marketing. The successful candidate will be a key player in helping restaurants in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts grow their business by selling them deals for sweetdeals.com and then acting as a social media ambassador to promote them, with access to our 750,000+ online social media followers. You will be the face and voice of the campaign, leveraging the power of Cumulus Media’s Providence radio stations and our extensive social media platforms to drive real results for local eateries.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Sales & Business Development: Prospect, pitch, and close new restaurant partners to feature on sweetdeals.com. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal. Restaurant Influencer: Become a leading "restaurant influencer" for Southern New England. Create compelling and authentic social media content, including photos, videos, and reviews, that showcases our restaurant partners and their deals. Media and Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with our internal teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that utilize our radio stations and social media channels to maximize exposure for your clients. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant owners and managers, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business. Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on the performance of your deals and social media campaigns, demonstrating the value and ROI to your clients achieve success

Qualifications

Proven experience in a sales-related role, preferably in media, marketing, or a related field. A strong, engaging presence on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. A genuine passion for food, dining, and the local restaurant scene in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a sales pipeline and content calendar effectively. A creative mindset with the ability to produce high-quality, authentic content.
