Trade Marketing Senior Associate
to join our team. The Trade Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of customer-facing programs to drive sell-in and sell-through for St. Dalfour products. This role bridges the gap between sales and marketing, creating tailored strategies that increase brand visibility, grow market share, and support retail performance across key channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage trade marketing programs aligned with brand and sales strategies for both international and national accounts. Lead the creation and execution of promotional plans, in-store activations, point-of-sale materials, and shopper marketing initiatives. Partner closely with sales teams to identify account-specific opportunities and build compelling customer presentations. Analyze trade spend effectiveness and promotional ROI to inform future planning and investment. Support product launches with channel-specific toolkits, sell sheets, and merchandising plans. Coordinate with demand planning and operations to ensure promotional timelines and inventory alignment. Maintain a pulse on retail trends, competitor activities, and shopper behavior to refine trade marketing strategies. Manage trade show details. Qualifications: 5+ years of trade or shopper marketing experience in a CPG environment. Strong understanding of retail channels including grocery, natural/specialty, and mass. Experience managing promotional budgets and analyzing sales data and syndicated reports (IRI/Nielsen). Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, brand, and supply chain teams. Excellent project management, presentation, and communication skills. Application Process:
