Marketing Director
to lead our marketing efforts and take our brand to the next level. Position Summary: As the
Marketing Director , you will oversee all marketing and branding initiatives across multiple markets. You will lead a high-performing team and collaborate closely with executive leadership, marketing managers, sales managers, land, and design teams to deliver strategic campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and elevate the Saratoga Homes brand. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals. Oversee digital, print, and traditional marketing efforts, including advertising, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, website management, and signage. Lead brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and divisions. Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and performance tracking. Collaborate with marketing managers and sales managers to develop campaigns that increase community traffic and conversions. Conduct market research and analyze buyer behavior, local trends, and competitor activity. Supervise content creation for social media, email campaigns, model homes, community launches, events, and promotions. Guide and mentor internal marketing staff and creative contractors. Report campaign results and marketing ROI to executive leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience, with 1+ years in a leadership role (homebuilding or real estate industry preferred). Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools (Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, CRM platforms, etc.). Must be familiar with CRM systems and how to leverage them for lead generation, tracking, and reporting. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Creative mindset with analytical abilities to assess campaign performance. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office. Strong eye for branding, aesthetics, and consumer engagement.
