What You'll Be Doing We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and executing compelling email marketing campaigns, writing content across platforms, and managing our social media presence. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotions, product announcements, and nurture sequences. Own the email calendar and ensure alignment with broader marketing initiatives. Write, design, test, and optimize email content using marketing automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Mailchimp). Build and manage customer journeys within Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring segmentation, personalization, and automation are effectively executed. Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and implement A/B testing and improvements. Content Creation
Write clear, engaging marketing copy for blogs, landing pages, social posts, emails, and marketing materials. Collaborate with design and product teams to align messaging and visuals across platforms. Maintain brand voice and consistency across all written content. SEO
Optimize websites and content to rank in search engines and manage paid search campaigns (Google). Analytics & Reporting
Monitor performance metrics using tools like Microsoft Dynamics, and optimize campaigns based on data. Lead Generation
Develop strategies to attract and convert leads through landing pages, CTAs, and nurturing campaigns. Social Media
Plan, write, and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow audience organically. Track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance reach and engagement. General Marketing Support
Assist in campaign planning, event promotion, and product launches. Support other team members on special projects as needed. What Skills & Experience You'll Bring To Us Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, social media, and content creation. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics. Strong understanding of building customer journeys, segmentation, and automated workflows. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management platforms. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation. Knowledge of SEO best practices and content strategy.
