Position Overview

Lasell University is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive online engagement, enhance brand awareness, and support student recruitment through strategic digital marketing efforts. This role will play an integral part in developing digital advertising, SEO, social media, and email marketing campaigns to strengthen Lasell University's online presence.

The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and collaborative, with a strong understanding of digital trends and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Advertising & Lead Generation Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok) to drive enrollment and engagement. Optimize cost-per-click (CPC), conversion rates, and ad performance based on analytics. Collaborate with Enrollment to align digital strategies with recruitment goals. 2. Website & SEO Strategy

Work with the Website Manager to optimize landing pages, program pages, and other content for SEO. Implement best practices for on-page and technical SEO to increase organic traffic. Analyze Google Analytic and conversion funnels to improve website performance. 3. Social Media Management & Content Strategy

Assist in the university's social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Manage and optimize social media paid campaigns. Monitor trends, conversations, and competitor strategies to enhance Lasell's digital presence. 4. Email Marketing & CRM Management

Create and manage email marketing campaigns for prospective students and community engagement. Use marketing automation tools (e.g., Slate) to personalize outreach. Track email performance metrics and optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs for better engagement. 5. Analytics & Performance Reporting

Track and report KPIs for website traffic, ad performance, social engagement, and email marketing. Utilize Google Data Studio and CRM tools to visualize data and measure campaign effectiveness. Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital advertising. Experience managing social media platforms and paid campaigns. Proficiency in email marketing tools and CRM platforms. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
