Associate Attorney
eager to gain comprehensive litigation experience, from depositions and motion practice to active trial participation. You'll have direct ownership of your cases, appear regularly in court, and work side-by-side with seasoned trial attorneys who are dedicated to mentoring your professional growth. Why Join This Firm? What You'll Do: Manage employment law cases from intake through resolution with increasing autonomy Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and trial documents Take and defend depositions regularly to build courtroom confidence and skills Participate in court appearances, arguing motions, and engaging with judges and opposing counsel Collaborate closely with clients to develop effective case strategies and maintain strong communication Support mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations with strategic input Assist in trial preparation and serve as second chair when appropriate, gaining invaluable courtroom experience What We're Looking For: Active membership in the California Bar 1+ year of civil litigation experience with deposition experience Strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills Proven ability to manage cases independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment Experience with trial preparation is a strong plus Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary range: $100,000–$150,000 based on experience Meaningful opportunities for professional development and career advancement Supportive workplace committed to work-life balance Salary:
