We are seeking a Director of Sales/CRO who will be responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of the organization’s sales and business development efforts. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, building high-performance sales teams, and fostering key partnerships. The Director of Sales/CRO will oversee both outbound and inbound sales activities and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and executive leadership to align sales strategies with business objectives. **Must be able to work hybrid out of NYC** Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with company growth objectives. Lead business development initiatives to identify and secure new market, clients and partnership opportunities Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team. Set performance targets, KPIs, and incentive plans for sales personnel. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for professional development. Drive revenue by identifying high-impact opportunities and optimizing the sales funnel. Qualifications: Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and understanding of sales performance metrics. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools. Preferred Experience: Staffing Firm or Executive Search Firm experience required Background in both B2B and B2C environments. Experience scaling sales operations during periods of rapid growth.
