Regional
Vice President, Property Management
is responsible for providing oversight of the day-to-day activities of an assigned multifamily portfolio, including property operations, financial performance, asset management, asset preservation, people management, marketing, training, CapEx and compliance. The
RVP
will ensure that established financial performance targets are achieved or exceeded, assure compliance with all company policies and procedures and ensure quality delivery of services. The
RVP
will be responsible for managing client relations with fee managed owners and asset managers and will actively pursue new fee business for the company.

Training/Education
College degree in finance, property management, business, real estate or other applicable degree; a master’s degree a plus Real Estate broker’s license a plus CPM designation a plus Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation a must Travel will be required
Experience/Skills
Successful background in hiring, coaching and developing employees.Minimum of five years of progressive property management experience managing a portfolio of at approx. 3500 units in multiple marketsMinimum of seven years of successful supervisory experience; managing large teams and/or RPM’s a plusStrong background in managing diverse types of multi-family communities including new construction, conventional, student housing, LIHTC and HUD projectsStrong focus on marketing, lease-ups, rehab and repositioning assetsHigh degree of experience in financials, budget planning, expense monitoring and profit and loss responsibilityExcellent computer skills, with emphasis on Microsoft Office; Yardi, LRO and ExcelLeads by Example and develops, walks, and teaches the Buckingham cultureDevelops and implements rigorous annual budget preparation processMonitors expense controls and implements initiativesIncreases property NOI annually as determined by budget rollups, including achieving
