$22–$26.00/hour Schedule:
Full-time, 100% onsite Responsibilities: We are looking for someone who presents professionally, remains attentive and engaged at the front desk, and shows a strong willingness to learn at
the Entry Level . Oversee and manage access control software systems. Monitor real-time access activity and escalate issues to the appropriate parties (Workplace Ops, Physical Security). Manage employee badging, break/fix equipment support, badge printing supplies, and system auditing. Provide remote access and reception support for all offices (domestic and international). Maintain badge inventory and audit unused badges. Front Desk & Office Experience: Provide high-level hospitality and professionalism. Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby for employees, guests, and executives. Handle general inquiries and provide a seamless experience for visitors. Manage vendor relationships (access software providers, equipment repair, badge supply vendors). Order and maintain badge printing equipment. Seniority level
