The consultant will bridge gaps in project oversight processes, review project plans and contracts, and recommend improvements across various project management areas, including Schedule, Cost, Risk, Quality, and Change Management. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing recommendations, supporting organizational change, and facilitating knowledge transfer. The role requires extensive experience in project management principles, methodologies, and tools, with specific qualifications listed below. Key Responsibilities: Manage services and work execution Prepare, update, and deliver Task Accomplishment Plans (TAPs) Submit monthly status reports with progress, risks, issues, and recommendations Assess and improve project management methodologies and processes Evaluate system delivery against contracts and plans Review and improve schedule, cost, staffing, risk, communication, document, requirements, quality, and change management plans Lead knowledge transfer and prepare final project reports Minimum Qualifications: At least 7 years of broad project management experience At least 4 years as a senior project manager on large or complex IT projects Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) PMI PMP certification 10+ years of service delivery on large IT projects ($10M+) 8+ years of aligning IT systems with business processes on large projects 5+ years researching project, system, and contract requirements on large projects Capio Group values diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a supportive environment for all employees.
