Job Objective Administer the contracting process, including review, evaluation, and monitoring of social services contracts and funds. Advise the Executive Director of Social Ministries and staff on issues affecting contract compliance. Essential FunctionsContract Administration
Ensure all grant applications, agreements, and contracts are entered and processed through TSAMM Grants & Contracts following policies. Review documents for restrictions and obligations with assigned reviewers. Document in TSAMM the receipt, processing, and return of all related documents. Provide training on TSAMM Grants & Contracts policies for staff. Coordinate with Development and Finance departments for grant and compliance activities. Monitor contract reporting and compliance activities. Maintain current files for grants and contracts submissions. Track all applications, agreements, and reports using TSAMM Follow Up Tasks. Manage SAM.gov registrations and ensure they are updated annually. Maintain and archive grants & contracts files per procedures. Community Relations
Represent The Salvation Army’s mission and work with community groups and media as needed. Develop partnerships with community agencies. Miscellaneous Duties
Assist with program evaluations and special projects. Perform routine tasks with judgment and discretion. Act as a Notary. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human services or relevant experience. Minimum 2 years in program administration, grants, or contracts management. Skills and Abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Sound judgment and critical thinking. Proficiency in computer databases and MS Office. Effective communication skills. Culturally sensitive and adaptable. Ability to operate office equipment. Additional Requirements Valid driver’s license, ability to travel, and physical ability to perform job duties. Work may include evenings and weekends. The position supports the religious mission of The Salvation Army. Note This job is active and accepting applications.
