Property Accountant up to $85,000 + 10% bonus We are seeking a skilled Property Accountant to join our team. This role offersa dynamic and rewarding opportunity to handle all property accounting for theorganization, working directly with the team in a collaborative andgrowth-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Managefull-cycle property accounting for mix of residential and commercial Handleall GL accounting, journal entries, and month-end close processes Preparefinancial statements and work closely on budgeting and forecasting OverseeAP/AR, reconciliations, and other property-specific accounting tasks Collaboratewith internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financialreporting Qualifications: Minimumof 3 years’ experience in property or real estate accounting Proficiencywith AppFolio and advanced Excel skills is a plus Strongunderstanding of general ledger accounting, financial statementpreparation, and month-end close Visit our website to learnmore about our openings!
