Position Summary
The Online Program Director will ensure all children reach developmentally appropriate milestones by implementing evidenced-based curricula, individualized support, and high-quality learning environments. You will lead a team of online program mentors and will focus on ensuring that all our students and families are receiving the help they need to succeed academically.
Essential Duties
With the support of the Deputy Director of Programs and in collaboration with MAP’s leadership, you’re responsible for
Curriculum and Instruction
Promote high-quality and developmentally appropriate teaching and learning in each online session and tools that lead to student’s school readiness Develop and maintain a high-quality, safe, and nurturing environment where our students develop trusting and accepting relationships with our mentors to foster growth and development Execute a developmentally appropriate and integrated curriculum that provides opportunities for our student’s academic success Work with our mentors to reliably implement a successful lesson and meet our students where they at
