$95 - $98 Per Hour Summary We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Product Manager to guide our Product Management team in strategizing, developing, and managing Incident, Request, and Change Management within our ServiceNow platform. The role demands a blend of product and process ownership while partnering with key internal teams to streamline business operations and foster technological innovation. The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking, have a robust interest in GenAI and ServiceNow's emerging capabilities, and aim to enhance standardization, automation, and the user experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap for Incident, Request, and Change Management in ServiceNow. Lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end delivery of projects, focusing on simplification, automation, and operational efficiency. Champion a unified ITSM strategy, ensuring clear visibility and traceability across functions. Drive ongoing improvements based on stakeholder feedback, emphasizing automation and modern process technologies. Serve as the subject matter expert on ServiceNow's core modules, fostering an environment of knowledge sharing and collaboration. Must-have Skills: Deep expertise in ServiceNow Incident, Request, and Change modules. Strong foundation in ITIL frameworks and practices. Proven experience leading IT service operations at an enterprise scale. Industry Experience Required Extensive experience in IT service management, preferably with familiarity in support domains such as Networking and AV.
