Secret or above Specific Job Responsibilities: Provide Tier III engineering and project support for: Windows 10/11, Office 365 Apps, COTS, and custom-developed software Azure Virtual Desktops, Azure AD, and Azure cloud storage On-premise Active Directory management, including DNS, GPO, DHCP, file services, user/group management, and PKI certificates Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx Enterprise backup (HYCU), HP Secure Print, and NAS Zscaler ZPA/ZIA and AvePoint cloud backups Evaluate the IT infrastructure to improve system performance and efficiency. Plan and execute infrastructure capacity improvements aligned with agency needs. Identify and resolve Active Directory and M365 inconsistencies. Collaborate with vendors, agency system owners, COR, and senior stakeholders on IT modernization efforts. Support SDLC activities, stage gates, IRB, and ATO documentation. Lead MSM staff and ensure quality documentation, planning, and client communications. Maintain technical documentation, project, and ticket statuses. Participate in weekly technical/project meetings, including Change Control Board and Technical Review Board. Required Qualifications/Skills: Master’s degree in a relevant field 7 years of relevant IT experience 7 years of experience with: Windows OS, Office 365, and application support Azure (VMs, AVD, Virtual Networking, Automation, Entra ID) Active Directory, M365 platform management Identity Access Management (Okta, ADFS, etc.) Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Enterprise backup solutions HP Secure Print and Zscaler network security products
