Base pay range
$225,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from DNA Partners The Corporate Attorney works with Partners in executing capital markets transactions and assisting clients in their compliance with SEC, FINRA, Stock Exchange and other securities-based legal requirements. Job Responsibilities: Contract negotiation and discussion with clients and counterparties. Research and analysis of complex legal/financial issues. Manage and coordinate transactional work. Business development skills, and decision-making and strategy in our transactional work. Execute capital markets transactions and assisting clients in their compliance with SEC, FINRA, Stock Exchange and other securities-based legal requirements. Job Requirements: Qualified to practice law in New York. Active member in good standing with the New York Bar Association. 2-5 plus years of capital markets experience.
