3–7 years of experience , primarily focused on
Mergers & Acquisitions . This role involves handling transactions from start to finish, including drafting, due diligence coordination, and potential exposure to capital markets and other corporate matters. Key Responsibilities Handle public and private M&A transactions Draft and review transactional documents Coordinate due diligence and closing processes Manage deal timelines and maintain transaction checklists Mentor junior attorneys, as needed Occasionally assist with capital markets or other corporate matters Requirements BigLaw
