The Vice President of Contracting is a key member of the executive team responsible for the strategic oversight, operational excellence, and financial performance of the company's self-performing construction services. This leader will drive best-in-class execution across core trades (e.g., concrete, carpentry, demolition, excavation) while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability. Qualifications
15+ years of progressive construction experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing self-perform work. Strong business acumen with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and operations at scale. Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred). Responsibilities
Lead the overall business including sales, estimating, operations, and finance. Lead, manage, and hold accountable all direct reports. Demonstrate and model the company's core values and 4 pillars. Deliver profitable projects with excellent customer service. Build the team through recruiting, retention, training, and performance. Build process infrastructure to allow projected growth. Develop and maintain client relationships. Manage all data reporting to leadership. Disclosure
