Insight Global is seeking a skilled Network Systems Administrator to support the Director of Network Services and Security in maintaining and enhancing the companys IT infrastructure. This role involves cross-departmental collaboration to drive continuous improvement initiatives. The individual will be responsible for providing Tier 2/3 support, monitoring backup jobs and server tasks to resolve failures, managing disaster recovery planning and documentation, enforcing security frameworks and compliance standards, and handling ISP vendor relations to address WAN/SD-WAN issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in networking and server administration Strong understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS) Experience with security frameworks and compliance practices firewall rule reviews and quarterly server patch validations Vendor management experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

CCNA or equivalent certification Bachelors degree Azure experience Experience administering external DNS entries, domains, and server roles such as Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, DNS, DHCP, and Print Services
