The 'accel bi corporation is seeking a seasoned seeking a skilled Intermediate Network Engineer to join our team and supports the design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and wireless systems. Assists in configuring network devices, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and enforcing security policies. Collaborates with senior staff to ensure network reliability, security, and optimal performance across organizational environments.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and install network devices and services: routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and QoS.
Perform network maintenance, including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
Monitor network performance, system availability, and resource utilization; conduct capacity planning.
Provide Level 2 and 3 support to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
Follow configuration and change management policies to ensure controlled and approved network changes.
Implement security tools, policies, and procedures in coordination with the security team.
Collaborate with vendors and IT personnel for problem resolution.
Apply hands-on network engineering experience with strong protocol knowledge (IPSec, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS).
Manage IP Addressing, DHCP, DNS, and load balancing configurations.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of OSI and TCP/IP models.
Use network monitoring, diagnostic, and analytics tools effectively.
Hold relevant certifications such as CCNP or higher; CCIE and CISSP are highly valued.
