In this role you will assist the Director of Network Services and Security in maintaining the company infrastructure and communicating with all other departments to collaborate /roll out continuous improvement initiatives within Business Technology. The successful candidate will be well organized, efficient, professional and will have excellent communication skills. He or she will be able to work with a variety of people and departments collaboratively to deliver high value tasks on time and within budget. Essential Functions or Responsibilities: Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence Participate in establishing practices, templates, procedures, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for Business Technology and organization Adhere to KCC’s Change Control processes Provide status reporting regarding project deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues Monitor and administer Azure and on-premises server environment including, but not limited to, performance, resources, and trends Monitor and administer network environment Monitor and liaise with the ISP vendors on WAN issues including SD-WAN performance Remove all single points of failure and document disaster recovery planning Administer external DNS entries and domains Manage all server roles including, but not limited to, AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and Print Services Monitor all backup jobs and take correction actions or escalation identified issues Monitor all server tasks for job failures and make corrections Administer the Teams Phone system Administer and audit all DLs and shared mailboxes Administer and audit Barracuda for mail archive storage Review and mitigate all security dashboard alerts Manage the KnowBe4 PhishER e-mail queue to confirm SPAM and threats or clear safe e-mails Perform monthly firewall rule reviews to address all vulnerabilities Perform quarterly server software reviews and validate all patching Enforce security best practices including, but not limited to, enforcing MFA, printer security, and removing unused roles Monitor all physical security systems (i.e., camera system, alarm panels, and badge readers) and place vendor service/support calls for all identified issues. Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience (7+ years) Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends Technical writing/communication skills Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS) Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools CCNA or equivalent years of experience (3+ years) Azure online course training or equivalent years of experience (1+ years) Other Duties:
