Workday Integration Specialist

to support our client's Team. This is a W-2 full-time

contract

based in

Santa Clara, CA - Remote.

We offer competitive pay $66-77/hr based on factors like experience, education, location, etc. and provide full benefits, PTO, and amazing company culture! As part of our Beeline implementation, you will be responsible for developing Workday integrations that facilitate seamless data exchange between Workday and Beeline. You will work closely with Beeline implementation consultants and internal stakeholders to design and optimize integrations that ensure data integrity, system performance, and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Workday and Beeline integrations, an understanding of contingent workforce processes, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have: Strong technical expertise

in Workday and Beeline integrations Experience developing integrations within Workday , not just testing or troubleshooting A consultative mindset

to assess risks, recommend solutions, and optimize integration strategies A deep understanding of how inbound Workday integrations impact overall system functions Stakeholder management skills

to work collaboratively with Beeline and internal teams Key Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and Beeline using

Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Beeline APIs, and data transformation tools (XML, JSON, SQL)

to support data flows for contingent workforce management. Partner with Beeline consultants, HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to

gather requirements, ensure seamless integration alignment, and optimize workflows . Identify potential integration risks and recommend solutions to mitigate any business impact. Monitor and resolve integration issues to ensure minimal business disruption and

data consistency across Workday and Beeline . Develop

comprehensive test cases

to validate integration functionality, maintain

up-to-date technical documentation , and provide reports on integration performance and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with

data security and privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2) . Stay updated with

Workday and Beeline updates , industry best practices, and process enhancements. Support process

automation initiatives

for better integration efficiency. Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, HR, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 3–7 years of experience integrating Workday with other systems, particularly Beeline (VMS). Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Beeline APIs, and data transformation (XML, JSON, SQL). Understanding of contingent workforce management , HR procurement, and related system integrations. Ability to analyze the

impact of inbound Workday integrations on system workflows . Strong troubleshooting skills,

ability to resolve integration issues , and experience managing multiple integration projects. Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

and work effectively with cross-functional teams. At least 3 years of experience integrating Workday with VMS (preferably Beeline). Experience

working with Beeline Integration teams . Experience with

cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) . Broader

HRIS/ERP integrations and data security/compliance standards
