Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing sales team. In this role, you'll be the critical first point of contact for potential customers and play a vital role in our company's growth trajectory. As an SDR, you'll focus on building our sales pipeline through a combination of targeted outbound prospecting and managing inbound lead flow. You'll work closely with our Account Executives to identify and qualify potential customers, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality meetings that convert to revenue. This position is ideal for someone who is hungry to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to build their career in tech sales. Key Responsibilities:

Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to our ideal customer profile (ICP), leveraging email, phone, and social selling techniques Qualify and manage inbound leads efficiently to maximize conversion opportunities Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and discovery calls for Account Executives Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in our CRM system Meet or exceed monthly quota for qualified meetings set Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and targeting Company Benefits:
