Our client operates in over 160 countries, has a global team of 20,000 employees. They are currently hiring for a Payroll Specialist to strengthen their dynamic team. They are dedicated to delivering high-quality products to their diverse customer base, and their success is built on the expertise and commitment of their team. This is an onsite role in Oakbrook, Illinois. Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:
Process high-volume payroll for US employees, including California, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations Utilize ADP Workforce Now (WFN) or UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) systems for efficient and effective payroll processing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner Stay current on payroll legislation and industry best practices to ensure compliance and provide valuable insights to the team Payroll Specialist Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience in payroll processing Expertise in high-volume payroll operations Proficient in ADP WFN or UKG payroll systems Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment If you are an experienced payroll professional looking to join a dynamic global company, we would love to hear from you!
